I can't access my support etsy tickets

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I've tried logging into multiple different browsers, but when I click "contact etsy support," I click "sign in" and it just leads me back to the help page. 

I'm seriously at my wits end and there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can contact Etsy since that is their communication method.... Any assistance here? Anyone else having issues accessing their tickets?

If you are looking for your open tickets, you need to go to your seller dashboard.

On the left hand side of the screen (on a desktop), click Etsy Help Center.

This will take you to the “How can we help?” Blue screen.

In the top right hand corner is your Avatar. Click on that.

A pop up will appear. Click on “My Support Requests”.

a list of your support tickets will appear chronologically.
