Please refer to my chat thread regarding this situation. I was told I did not make Star Seller for January 2025 because my "shipped on time" failed to meet criteria. I downloaded your report from the Star Seller page. The sale in question was shipped the day after the order came in. When I elected to inquire using chat, I was talking with an agent who after investigation told me I had missed 11 shipping windows, and recited order numbers and dates that were not my orders. As can be seen in my chat submission, all my orders for the review period in question were shipped one day after the order came in. You claim order 353910922 lacked tracking information, and it was counted against me. I have downloaded my ShipStation information, which I will gladly supply, for all orders during the review period, and they indicate tracking data was sent.
This is not Etsy help, just the forums
No one here can help you. We are only other sellers, not Etsy staff.
Etsy has said they can not, and will not, manually adjust your star seller metrics.
Beyter luck next time.
Sorry to say, you are not actually speaking to Etsy in the forums. Etsy tends to send people to the forums (and in particular the Technical Issues forum) to find solutions, not because they have tech support officers here 24/7 to help, but simply because they rely on more experienced sellers to play the role instead. It is possible that a forum moderator, who may or may not be an actual Etsy employee, may see and respond to your post, usually to tell you thay will refer the issue up the line to a tech officer, but it is probably no more likely to happen here than on any other board. If it does happen, be prepared for a wait of several days or longer.
I can say that Etsy rarely makes changes to the SS status of a shop retroactively. Even if they find an error, they may fix it but you will most likely have to wait for the next assessment on Feb 1 to see a change in your status.
