I am logged in on the Etsy Seller app on my android, and it looks fine. But I prefer to manage my shop on my laptop as I find it easier. I logged in to my Etsy account but it only shows my buyer account. I don't see the shop icon to access my seller account. Please guide me or help me to fix this. Thank you.
@aaltinmekik The message on your shop page is what Etsy typically shows when they have shut down a shop. Did Etsy shut your shop down for some reason?
If you are in your buyer account you have simply signed in to the wrong account. Sign out and then sign in to the other account using the email associated with that account.
OP, the blue Etsy Seller app is for phones and tablets. I have Samsung for both and access Etsy that way. On a laptop or desktop, use a browser to open Etsy.
There is no shop associated with the account you are currently logged into.
Do you have more than one Etsy user account?
What is the name of your shop?
The name of my shop is This Gracious Life. I think I paused my shop last year, and I don't remember deleting it. I want to start again and yesterday, I created a listing on Printify and sent it to Etsy because they are integrated. I can see that listing on the Etsy Seller app on my phone as Active. So, looks like it went through, but now I am confused and not sure after seeing your comment. Can you please help me open my shop again?
Oh, and to answer your question, I have only one Etsy account. It is the same account that I am responding to you right now. On the Etsy Seller app when I click on 'view shop on Etsy' the page that opens up says ThisGraciousLife is currently not selling on Etsy.

Wow! Thank you! Apparently, that was exactly what happened! I wasn't paying attention to my emails after pausing the shop and I just found an email in my inbox. It also includes guidance on how to reopen my shop. I will follow that. I appreciate all of the comments and help. THANK YOU!
