I can't access Etsy on phone

I can't access my shop on my phone.  I'm in UK and wondering if anyone else is having problems,  I can access it on laptop and desktop but all it comes up with is Uh oh, there was a problem please try again.

If I go to the 3 stripes on the bottom right hand corner, I can get on to listings, but it says it's not syncing to add any new ones.

I've closed and restarted my phone several times, I can access other websites and the Etsy shopping platform but not my sellers platform.

So it's not my internet connection.

Any help please.

No problems here but I'm using a browser and not the app.

Are you using the Seller's App? I've never used it but heard it can be glitchy.

Yes, it's the seller app on my phone, I've not thought of trying to do it through a browser on my phone, I'll try that.

As others have suggested try the browser. The app can be buggy and sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling will fix it so maybe try that too to fix the app.

It's still not working and the same using a browser, most annoying.
