I can't Sign In to my store

Hi there, I just tried to sign in to Etsy on the desktop I use for business but when I click the 'sign in' button nothing happens. I have tried for a few hours. Any ideas?

What's more, I have seen on my mobile version that I had a sale yesterday! I had no notification and now cannot access to print paperwork (can't do from my phone).

Any help appreciated

Have you tried the usual clearing cache etc

As far as I know there is no phone number but the chat option might pop up when you try to contact them.

Note for future use: when you have a problem with a website behaving strangely, such as not showing or doing what it should, clearing your cache is the most likely solution.

I cannot sign in at a computer to print my labels. I have tried multiple times to contact support though the request will not send. When I try to sign in with a computer, etsy says I have wrong password although I have changed it 2 times and triple checked my typing.
