I sold 1 item today. But when I open the page "order and shipment", the order did not appear. What was wrong?
Are you sure that the payment cleared? Or is it still pending? Or did Etsy cancel the order as the payment was rejected?
Receive an email from Etsy said there was a sale. And payment was received as well. But order information did not appear.
How do you know you sold something?
Received the email from Etsy. And payment was received from buyer. Just no order information
Check your Paypal account, as that is your only payment method.
Sometimes when I open the Orders page it's filtered to old show orders that need to ship today (or something like that). I have to take the filter off to see all my orders.
