Hi,
For some reason, Etsy doesn't allow me to edit my bank account. I've changed my bank account last month but I have never received any small deposit to verify it. I want to re-enter the bank account or add another one but I can't do that. There is no "EDIT" button next to the bank number in the Payment Setting.
I contacted Etsy support and they said they unlinked the current bank but it's still there. I'm really worried about this situation since I got the notification on the dashboard that if I don't verify the bank account my store will be suspended in some 46 days and that timing still counts down.
I've reached out on support tickets and phone calls as well but no one answer me for a few days. There is a lot of money holding on my balance and I'm using the money in my pocket to fulfill the orders but I have no idea when will I be able to receive the money. And most importantly, my store will be suspended soon.
Anyone here has the same issue. Could you please help me on this situation?
