I can not add Paypal

Hi friends!

How can I add Paypal as paying option to my shop?

I looked at Payment Settings, but can not find where to add Paypal.

My shop only accepts Visa, Mastercard and Etsy Gifts. I want to disable Etsy Gifts, but don’t know how to do it.

you can't

new shops from some EU countries haven't had paypal for about a year

and you can't disable buyers using their etsy gift cards - not sure why you want to stop people from buying from you - you get the money from etsy, however they pay.

I thought I thought I would get Etsy gift card instead of regular payment. I'm new here, I sound stupid

You can only offer Etsy Payments.

@CoquetteBath  OP does have Etsy Payments - it's just the PayPal is greyed out.

@Pincelleta  When you make a sale, the money goes into your shop payment account and is later deposited to your bank account.

Hello, I'm also having problems accepting PayPal payments, but my settings show it as active. I've contacted Etsy, they ask me several questions and always tell me there's an error, and that they can't resolve it at the moment Cheer up! Let's see if we can resolve this issue

you are a newish Spanish shop, many new EU shops  can no longer accept paypal.

Your payment options on your shop page do NOT show paypal, your settings do not show paypal is active

I would not expect this to change, it has been the case for at least a year

however, as an EU seller, you still need 30 day return policies on non-personalised items, a right to withdraw policy, gdpr policy, your address and e0-mail address 9n sellers details, and the trader box ticked

@VuitMarket8 So, it would appear that 'there's an error, and that they can't resolve it at the moment'. I'm sorry there's nothing us sellers can do. We don't know why this is happening or how to fix it.
