I am unable to access one of my shops

I have two shops. I opened the second one just before a move. I've been maintaining this shop with an old cell phone, which just died. I don't have the email address or phone number that was used to open this shop. I've tried guessing and nothing. My bank card, social security number, and my name is attached to this shop. I was able to use the broken phone to print out all the shipping labels, and I filled the orders. The phone is dead now and I have no idea how to get back in this shop.

PLEASE HELP!

I have no path to chat or call someone to verify. I sent a ticket. There seems to be no urgency to resolve this.

Well sadly you made your own mess here.  Did you not record this information anyplace?  Computer?  Notebook?  

Etsy Help  Go to the bottom and hit the support button.  Send them the details and phone number.  Ask them to call you.  You might get a generic response first so you need to respond back that you still need help.   Be prepared that they probably will ask for financial information to identify you.  Do you have old statements with account number?

I'm sorry but if you don't know your own email address and phone number then I don't think anyone can help you, not even Etsy. That's basic stuff they will ask you when verifying your account ownership. Maybe you could see about getting your phone fixed (a new battery perhaps?). Then once you've got access to your account again you need to make a note of the login credentials.

Did you try using the shop name instead of the email address when signing in?  It could work as long as you remember the password.
