How do I get rid of an incorrect "Open Order"

I have a buy who purchased a digital item and Etsy incorrectly shows that the order is open and acting like the listing is something that is physically shipped?

Double check you made a download and marked it as physical.

Just click on the circle with the arrow to the right of the order to "complete order".  You will just have to select a carrier but don't enter a tracking number because of course you don't have one.
