I am having trouble uploading my videos.

Yet again I am in the twilight zone of "Could not add video. If this keep happening contact Etsy Support". Ok so unfortunately it keeps happening. Is there a glitch? The size is right and the picture is pretty good. Is there a trick to getting my videos up. I dont seem to be able to do it from my Mac I usually use my iphone.  This happens seemingly every so often. It really does slow down my work. I would appreciate any help or feedback Etsy. Please help I have so much to do.

Have you tried out another video file name? I've experience an issue in uploading which could be fixed when shortening the video file name. Seems like longer names (maybe specific signs as well?) could trigger an error. Hope this helps somehow!

You may already know all the requirements, but I am betting there is something you are overlooking. I upload videos all the time and have never had an issue.

I visited your site and clicked through about 20 of your listings and they all had videos. 

So if you are having a problem, this is what Etsy says:

Listing video size and formats

We accept most common video formats for listing videos. The maximum size is 100 MB and file types are:

• MP4
• MOV
• FLV
• AAC
• AVI
• 3GP
• MPEG

Your video may be 3-15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. While the minimum video resolution is 500px, the ideal video resolution is at least 1080px. You can only add one video per listing. To delete a video, select that video and select the trash can icon.

The video aspect ratio should be 2:1 or 1:2. No matter what kind of device you use to record your video, it’ll most likely already be in a format that is accepted by the video tool.

Thank you GroundZeroCreations, I appreciate your effort to help. Ive been on Etsy for 13 years and since they've been doing videos I havent had any problems until about the end of last year every now and then it wont upload them. Its off and on but I feel like I should still tell them when it happens just in case someone else is having that same problem they should know. Thank you still in all.

Having the same issue.  Haven't found a solution yet.  This started about a week ago after uploading 50+ videos with no issues.

Same here . One uploads another one won’t.  It does slow you down quite a bit and it is frustrating
