I Shipped Every Order On Time Time But The Ship On Time Percentage Is 94% I am Sure That Every Package Was Delivered On Time It Says One Order Is Missing Tracking Info And That Order Is Delivered To Customer But Didn't Got Star Seller. Also My Messages On Time Were Not Tracked This Also Happened Last Month.

Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Usually a day or two after the tracking number you provided has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update. If all the information on the order is correct one of the Etsy people who reads some of the posts has been able to get the underlying data corrected in some cases.

@ArtisticShields: Have you looked at the applicable CSV file to see which order(s) Etsy thinks there is an issue with? Star Seller is supposed to be based on shipped not delivered.
And have you looked at the applicable CSV file to see which message(s) Etsy thinks you did not answer on time? Remember that only the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD will be included and counts for Star Seller.
