How to shipp without phone number?

Hi Guys,

how do you ship your international orders?

I use DHL and UPS and there is phone number needed, so the curier can call the customer and give him the package. 

How do I send the package without phone number or how can I get phone number from customer without sending them a message asking for it?

You can put your own phone number in or just add 000000000 , the courier companies (I use DHL express) have the receivers email. Some customers would provide a phone number if asked but others would not.

I have never had a problem just adding 00000000 and the customers email

OP, if it's to an American address, just substitute your own number. Delivery couriers rarely call a customer, but instead, leave the package at the door or garage. You should be okay. You keep track of the package route and message the buyer on the day it is to be delivered. That action will help.
