Just had a buyer message tha said she ordered many items from me (3.5 hours ago), but couldn't see that it went through on her end. I never received it. Wondering if any one else had problems (maybe a temporary glitch?) or if there is anything else I can suggest to her to do besides just reordering?

I agree. She did ask me to check to see if I got. I offered to help her, but not sure what I can do, except to walk her through the steps. I'm afraid she won't try again because it's time consuming and I'll lose this huge order.

Great idea! I am wondering if she just didn't know how to do the order correctly in the first place. Then she wouldn't be able to do the custom order either!..lol. But, I will try this anyway. Thank you!
