I want to clear out old favorites. The ones that have been sold no longer have a heart/option, so they still come up
on my feed.
How to get rid of them? (Also I tried to contact etsy support and got into some endless loop that didn't take me there.)
Any help welcome.
Thanks.

@AdornDC - I just went to my favs, found a sold one, clicked on the red heart which cleared then it brought up my lists of collections. I then clicked to remove the checkmark by Favorites, clicked Done, then refreshed the page and it was all gone. Hope that makes sense and works for you. Actually quite simple once you do it!
Note that all my sold ones still have a heart, at least in my complete lists of favs from the heart on upper right top of my shop front page....try going in from there if you haven't. Also, I have no idea if it affects anything, but my favs are all private.
No red heart appears on my sold items so I can't select it.
This whole process should be easier.
@RomanceOfFrance: Are you trying to "un-favorite" other people's listings which you favorited and which are are now sold, or do you mean your sold listings which other people have favorited?
@HappyMoodCraft Stop spamming the forums. Promotional posts are not allowed
? I don't see that name anywhere.
Post is 2 years old--also if it was reported to admin as promotional it was probably removed.
