How to contact Etsy customer service

Last night I had a chat with Etsy customer service. I need the info they gave me and can't find the chat.

It was very hard to find how to start that chat last night and also today in asking how to find that chat.

I thought they said Etsy was going to do a few things. And message me info. Please contact me Etsy.
