How to contact Etsy Support

Hello, 

I’m hoping someone can help me. I keep getting messages from Etsy staff telling me to send them my email (or update). 

I’ve updated my email - however I’m looking to speak to someone rather than go by the articles (I don’t find them helpful). 

earlier today I gotten another message from Etsy Staff stating they’ve blocked sales on my account due to suspicious activity. I’m not sure what activity they’re referring too or how to fix this issue.

can someone help me?

It is a scam, stick it in the spam folder so Etsy can remove the user

Any messages which appear in your inbox claiming to be from Etsy or with the Etsy logo is a scam.

Any messages asking for an email, is a scam

Do not provide any information to these people, do not open any emails they may send, and do not click on any links!

If you have provided them with any card or bank information, call your bank and cancel your card.

Your shop seems to be open as I was able to put a mug in my cart with no problem and proceed to check out. Didn't try to check out since wasn't actually interested in purchasing it.

Genuine Messages from Etsy will appear in the 'from Etsy' folder in your Etsy message inbox (check this using a browser, not the app)

Anything else is a SCAM. Mark the message as SPAM.

If you have changed changed your email on the back of a scam email I would contact Etsy support to ensure you have full access and seek their advice as teh scammer may not have acccess, Contact Etsy support through help and support and chat or you could try via social media
