How to contact Etsy? All the links give error page (Whoopsie!)

Hi, I am trying to contact Etsy but the contact links in my dashboard and others just give error page.

Is there a bug or something else?

Etsy cancelled an order automatically but after messaging buyer they said it is legit order and to proceed with order if possible, and I am trying to reach Etsy to see why they cancelled it and what to do. I didn't receive any email from Etsy about it, just see the order was cancelled randomly.

The buyer will have to purchase again.  Put the listing up so they can do that.

Even if you are able to reach etsy they can't and won't tell you why it was canceled or even discuss it with you. That's private financial info between etsys credit card processor and the buyer. Your buyer can try contacting etsy but it's often easier and faster to just try placing the order again.

Thanks, it was via Paypal, my shop doesn't have the Etsy Payments yet.

In Paypal the order is fine, the address is verified also, so I am not sure why it was cancelled. I did not receive any email from Etsy about it either, so wanted to try to find out what is the issue.

Probably better if you let your buyer contact Etsy if they can't purchase.
