I am trying to add taxpayer id system not accepting it.

Your items are not Etsy valid. Are you making the Hugo Boss items? They don't appear vintage which is the only way you could sell Hugo Boss items.

@BrandMarketStore : If you have not yet done so, you should read https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/reselling/239324376512 Entering your tax id may be least of your Etsy worries. You are also missing your shop policies and your shop location.
