How to add my listing as Designed by?

Hello, Etsy has been inactivated my best two listings and someone told me that 

I've been uploading my listings in wrong category (made by) since I have my own factory.

He/She says that I should change my listings' category as "Designed by" instead of "Made by". 

I've been trying to edit my listing as Designed by, but can't find it anywhere when I try to upload the listing

or edit the item's highlights.

Has anyone solved this problem?

In your listings there is a section

"Details"

below this it shows the "Core details"

When choosing your core details, it is important to select the correct one. If you design the items but have a whole team making them for you in your own factory. Then you select Another person

You don't hand make the items.

You don't even design the items.

Someone else does all that.

So nothing about your shop is actually made or designed by you?

Perhaps Etsy is not the place for your factory.

No, I think you got confused with my questions.

I design all of my items, 

I handpick the materials for the clothes. 

I have my own factory so our teammates at the factory make my designed items for me.
