How to add height, width, depth to a listing. Not given option under attributes

Hello!

I am looking for some guidance on how to add product dimensions to a listing. I have only been able to do this for 2 of my listings. For the others, the WHD option does not show under attributes. Instead, it jumps right to primary color, followed by secondary color, sustainability, occasion, and holiday.

I can't tell from here but usually that means something else is different, possibly the listing categories are different. Also, down above the tags there is  button "more attributes"

@GardenstoneStudio  Mine are under "Shipping" within the listing, not "Attributes". Also, I have a Shipping Profile and a Package Profile set up in my Shipping Settings. Does this help?

I checked just a couple of your listings and am seeing 2 different listing categories - Home & Living and Art & Collectibles. The latter category offers dimension attributes on your listings while the H&L listings you had to put dimensions in the description. I didn't check all your listings, tho.

try a different category (not sure if that's the right term - wall art, vases, beads, etc)  ... different categories have different attribute options.

I wouldn’t be too concerned, as long as the sizing information is clearly included in the description. That said, I noticed you have it placed at the bottom of the description. Many buyers may not read all the way through, so I’d recommend moving key details like sizing to the beginning of the description to ensure better visibility.

I always put my dimensions of my items in the description box.
