How to Contact Support for Forced Holiday mode to verify information

Hi Folks

My shop was put into holiday mode because Etsy wanted a tax document from me. There was no communication whatsoever and I only realized my shop was on holiday mode about 5 days after the fact when I was running some stats reports to see why business was slow. This is very poor behavior from Etsy.

I submitted my tax documents five days ago... they are still 'Pending Verification'. I have gone around in circles at the Etsy Help Center but still have found no way to contact support. Does anyone know how to do this?

you really have to just wait it out, Etsy has next to no customer service the place is run by bots.   I have found it takes them about 7-10 business days to get back to me.
