I'm having an issue (one that I can't describe here), and I need to contact Etsy Support. I see that I can email them, but I would like to call them. Sometimes the option to request a call is available, sometimes it's not. Does anyone know how I can call Etsy, or perhaps their business hours for the support phoneline?

There is no option to call them. You can either open a support ticket or try to see if live chat is available.

if it is a legal issue... they will not discuss it with you.
My shop was forced on holiday, no place to close the holiday and also don't know how long it will on holiday?
you are better of starting a new thread, placing a question unrelated to a very old thread will get it closed down.
As for forced holiday mode, only Etsy will remove this when and if they are ready but looking at your shop it may be a while.
Seems the bad publicity about mass resellers & counterfeiters on Etsy has kicked Etsy into action
Make sure that all of your items are made or designed uniquely by YOU before engaging with Etsy about the forced vacation mode.
