How long does it take to verify?

Hi!

I have been waiting more than a week now for Etsy to verify my id documents.

I opened a new shop and when my first order was placed Etsy closed my  shop, and I am just waiting. They promised 2-5 days, it has passed.

Than I realized that my birth date is not correct in file. so when I registered my account I set a different birth date than it is in my documents. Maybe that is why they stuck. How can I speed up the process?

you will have to contact Etsy Support because of the birth date.

hi I see you're shop is up I'm currently facing the same problem, but it was my name I messed up I was wondering how long it took for yours to verify I did this on the 23rd of June it is now the 27th I have sent them a E-mail they said they would get back with but hasn't yet all and Etsy deactivate all my products that I currently have people wanting to see so I'm freaking out a little bit here lol

I am having a similar issue. My account is on vacation mode while my ID is under review from January 20th, it is now February 8th. I am not sure who I can contact to help with the process.
