How is this shipment "shipped late"

I received an order on Saturday 2/3/24 and It shipped on 2/5/24, the ship by date was 2/6/24

How is this shipment "shipped late"?

I can't ship Saturday or Sunday

What is the "tracking/label date"? shown on etsy shipping stats

If USPS failed to scan the package, it can appear to be shipped late even when it was in USPS's possession.  Sometimes carriers don't scan, or drop-offs don't get scanned until the package it hits a USPS sorting center.  Check tracking, see what it says.

Double-check your processing times.  Etsy sometimes turns on Saturday and/or Sunday processing if you've even once created a label on those days.

If you have not - you can adjust your processing time/date to not include Saturday and Sunday's which gives you a little more leeway - that being said, if you have 1-3 day turn around on a product, it can get a little dicey if USPS does not scan the package that day and it appears to the shipping agency as being a day later.
