Yes, scam. When you get a REAL sale, it will show up on your dashboard under "Orders & Shipping". You don't have to "confirm" or "accept" anything to make it go through.
REAL messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" folder of your inbox. You have to check on a computer or through a browser, not on the app. Anything else is BS.
They are counting on you not understanding how etsy works, and divulging your financial info, at which point they will drain your bank account.
Mark the message as spam.
