Hi,
I have a set of 2 artworks on sale as a bundle. I want to offer hi res on 2 different ratios and 2 formats, PDF and PNG. This gives me a total of 6 files to upload. But Etsy allows a max of 5. If I zip them, the file size is more than 20 MB which is Etsy limits. Do you have any work around this?
My last resource would be to offer only one type of file. If this is the case, which one better, PDF or PNG?
Thanks, Barbara
Put the files in 2 zip files
Hello Wakaleka,
I'm new to it all so I hope this makes sense. Would you know if I have 2 png files (each under 10MB) - can I just upload to Etsy with both pngs on 1 page as a pdf ? I want the customer to be able to use each PNG as a separate item if they want to. Does that still work if they retrieve each png off the pdf ? And do I need to worry about making the PDF RGB or CMYK ? Thanks for any clarity you may provide.
I thought about that, but the file is bigger than 20 MB. I don't want to compromise quality!
Any suggestions?

If I were a non artist, I would be confused by all the formats and resolutions. Why do you not want to offer something that just makes one good, hi res picture they can print out or have printed by someone who does printing? Why make it so complicated? I am not trying to start trouble, I am just asking.
Upload the original .png files. You'd have to flatten the two files on one page to make it a PDF which defeats the purpose of a .png. RGB is correct for online use and printing for print on demand.
