Which is how they keep commerce human??? Really?
Etsy has made it pretty clear that they have no interest in giving sellers ACTUAL HELP.
We are just churn to them.
Etsy Help is decidedly not very helpful, but you CAN contact them. You have to go through the Help Center. You can fill out a form, request a callback, or try live chat.
