I need to get a hold of someone at Etsy because their times and dates are wrong for the Customer Reply on my Messages. On one I was supposed to have received the Message the day before which made me already a day late when I saw her message come through a day later. Sounds confusing but the end result is I didn't get the message the day it was sent. It came through the next day. Who can I contact to try to explain in person instead of through messaging back and forth?

@LindenAvenueDesigns Even if you did get through to Chat / Have us call you via Community and Help > Contact Us, the rep you would speak to would just re-direct you back to Technical Issues in the Forums.

Etsy uses UTC time for the CSV not Etsy Time in Brooklyn or your own local time. It is still 24 hours, but the CSV may show a day earlier if UTC time clicked over. So, even if you did not "get" the message until the "next day" you still have some of the 24 hours left to reply.
