We were able to remove images attached to customer-reviews a few years ago, but not currently. Thanks inadvance.
Sellers can't remove photos anymore.
You can report the review photo as inappropriate IF it is inappropriate. For example, if it is of naked private parts.
Etsy probably won't remove it if there is nothing wrong with it (ie. you just don't like it, but it doesn't break the Terms of Use).
