Account Suspension without Notice

I hope this message finds you all well. I am reaching out to seek your valuable guidance and insights regarding the recent suspension of my Etsy account. I am puzzled by this action as I have not received any email or notice of violation, and I firmly believe that I have been operating within Etsy's policies.

To provide some context, I experienced two fake DMCA notices last month, which were promptly recognized by Etsy as false claims. The violations were swiftly removed from my shop. Additionally, just last week, an error was acknowledged by Etsy in relation to a fake trademark claim. I can assure you that my shop does not include any copyrighted images or infringing content.

Despite reaching out to Etsy via email, I have not yet received a clear explanation or resolution for the account suspension. I am perplexed as to the reasons behind this action, and I am eager to rectify any misunderstandings or address any concerns promptly.

Therefore, I kindly request your support and suggestions on how to navigate this situation effectively. If any fellow sellers or experienced members of the community have encountered similar issues or can offer guidance on resolving this matter, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Mr Josh Silverman,

WHY does a company such as ETSY, treat its sellers like pure trash!?! WHY do you allow this to happen?! Non existent seller support!! Suspending shops with ZERO valid reasons then Etsy REFUSES any kind of seller support to tell us WHY the shop was suspended!!! Sellers, like me, is what built this company and this is how we are treated!!!

6 days now since my one shop was suspended!!! 6 days that I’ve sent emails, Facebook posts, Twitter posts and now here on LinkdIn!!! We shouldn’t have to do this!!!!

Etsy's business practices absolutely FAIL!!!! YOU, Mr CEO, NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
