First time ever not getting Star Seller and it says it's because I sent one order without tracking, which I've absolutely not done - even went back and double checked my orders from the past 4 months. There is one sale that still shows as pre-delivery but that's obviously wrong on the shipper end as it was delivered quickly and even already got a 5 star review from the customer. When I went to figure out how to get this corrected,it said to come here, hoping that's correct.

For the Shipping score, we only count a tracking number as valid if it shows tracking events on the carrier's website and on Aftership. Please double check the tracking number and carrier's name as if it didn't match it will still be counted as invalid. To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

Do you have a receipt for when you posted the article in question? When SS first started I got dinged with what you are experiencing and I had my receipts and could prove when I mailed packages. I contacted Etsy and emailed them my proof and they changed my shipping stats to shipped on time. So it can be done.
It took about 2 wks to get situated and a couple emails on my part but it was fixed. I would keep at it-- IF you have the proof of when you shipped it. Otherwise without that proof-- I can't see then changing anything as it is your word vs what they show on the web sites.

@EvertonTerrace: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.
Ugh, sorry, it said to get help come here and I sadly assumed that meant from Etsy. I wonder how one can go about having them fix their own mistake? I appreciate your help all the same.

i wouldn't waste any time on this. star vs. non-star seller status seems to have no real impact on anything other than anxiety.
That - and Etsy doesn't seem to get involved in anything retroactively. Our star seller stats are what they are.
