Can’t login to 2 shops for a week

It’s been over a week since I can’t login to my 2 shops on my laptop. Cleared history, caches etc on 2 browsers and Etsy has done nothing! Current ticket number 20566173. 
No email from tech support and chat says there is nothing they can do! Only having this issue with Etsy! I have 3 custom orders to list today and I’m unable to. 
Do better Etsy!!

Why can't you log in? Did you forget your password?

No. Tried changing passwords too. Have no clue why I can’t login in. Etsy tech isn’t helping at all.

@jaclynpetersstudio   If you change passwords, Etsy sends the code to your email.  If you did not receive code then Etsy did not process the request.

I would try a different browser. Firefox works best for me on Etsy using my desktop.

Thank you for trying to help. I’ve tried Chrome and Firefox. Neither is working. I can’t list only login on my phone. Weird right?

Sounds like a computer issue rather than Etsy.  Any extensions blocking?  Have you tried Edge, Brave? 

If all browsers are not working then it could be something in your hard drive with graphics or something else.  How old is your computer?

One of the ways I found out  my computer was dying when I could not log in to Etsy.  A few days later the hard drive died completely.  Nothing could revive it.  I could work elsewhere for those few days but the issue with Etsy was the notice my computer drive was failing.

Thank you for the advice. My laptop is a few years old. I managed to login thru Chrome (which I usually don’t use). Still issues with Edge. It may be time for a new laptop.
