I thought I did the G4A ID transfer properly but no data is being shown from my Etsy shop. Can we no longer see anything on Google Analytics? I keep getting "This property has stopped processing data". I loved the realtime overview page and now I can see info. Thanks for any help.

Looks like an Etsy version is in the works
Thanks. It may just be that I didn't have the proper ID set up in my Etsy settings. I guess I'll see if it worked in about 24hrs.
I thought it was just me, I thought I hadn't set it up correctly too. Nice to know they're updating at some point
@LovesVintage43 if you look at the Help Center article linked in that older thread, it may have been updated with instructions by now!
@PillowDetails thanks but I didn't see anything when I looked. Ridiculous really, the changover was ages ago they should have been prepared for it.
I had that problem and it stopped working for me too. I removed what I had on Etsy and started over and it works fine now. Went to settings on Etsy then options then web analytics, removed it there and reentered the property ID starting with G-.
I know this is old, but here in July 2024, I have Google Analytics set up, but the only events I see are:
first_visit
form_start
form_submit
page_view
scroll
session_start
Am I missing something? How can we track purchases? Does anyone else see different events in GA?
@LEP1Customs: "... How can we track purchases?" Unless something has changed recently, you can't because Etsy does not allow it.
