How do I edit a Promo Code to last longer

Im trying to change a promo code that sends a discount to people who have ordered so that it continues indefinitely, but I can't figure out how to edit an already existing promo code. Someone please help me.

You can issue a new one, but you can't extend the one you have. However, the favorites and abandoned cart coupons expire automatically after 60 days, and the abandoned cart coupon is good for a year. They will be good for that time period unless you specifically cancel them.

You will have to create a new coupon code.

If you cancel the old one first you can use the same code when you create the new one and people that have the code already will still be able to use it.

Could I please ask how you cancel a code?  I can't find where to do this anywhere. I set one up by mistake and it has no end date and I can't seem to edit it at all.

@RedhouseCollectable: If you mean a coupon (sale) code or a promo code, then clicking on <details> should open a popup with an <end sale early> or <deactivate code> button respectively. If you are referring to one of the targeted promotions (favorites, abandoned cart, thank you) then there should be a <stop sending> button but based on the many posts in this forum it appears to have disappeared.

Cannot edit dates on promo code. You must Delet that one and make a New one with NO END DATE (select under the calendar on the right)

@BagmakerSupply @Hi. No there is no option to stop sending and as you say I've seen many posts about this issue so seems am stuck with it for 12 months
