@RoxannasBags depending upon where the item is going to, the print outs may contain weird numbers & symbols. This is common for Japan orders purchased through an agency, and maybe other locations too. If all your Etsy shop info is correct, and it still prints out weird, I would suggest purchasing a label directly from USPS where you can ensure the return address shows the correct info. Just be sure to add the tracking # to your order when you mark it complete so you aren't dinged for SS metrics.
