I tried to check out with one seller. I hit the 'check out' button and it brought me to a page that said my cart is empty.
I did that 5 times. I thought maybe it was just that seller.
Next seller: I checked out, but the system added two of the items. I deleted one and the system deleted both of them and said my cart is empty.
I went back and tried to order again. The cart had 3 items (2 from the first time) so I deleted the two and it deleted all three and said my cart is empty.
Something is wrong in the cart system.
Well, THAT'S not good!!
That would explain why I was asked to cancel an order today and I have had no sales compared to this week since yesterday. Thought it was just the end of the season!

It is on my Macbook.

I had to uninstall the app then reinstall.
This happened to me the last time there was an Etsy coupon (the if you spend $25 you get $5 off) as soon as I typed in the code it whacked out my cart so bad all day long I couldn’t buy anything. I was using Safari on my laptop and tried on my phone as well. Neither of them worked. I don’t use the app, never will use it.
I tried yet again......with the same issue. People can clearly order because I got orders in my shop. So, I am unsure as to what is happening.
Did you try clearing your cache and rebooting your browser?
Yes..... it totally messed up all my pinned tabs, but it didn't help.
I spent 30-40 minutes with Etsy in a chat. It seems specifically geared to people who are trying to order things with custom things in the description. I was trying to order a special order mugs where the text is custom.
