Re: How can I start a chat with Etsy Support Team?
I believe that chat is only available during certain times for certain issues.
It probably best to ask for advice in the forum first (unless it's something personal like finances)

Re: How can I start a chat with Etsy Support Team?
I don't know if chat is available at all. I sometimes see an icon that looks like chat but then when I click on it, it prompts me to send an email. They will usually respond in a day or two.

Re: How can I start a chat with Etsy Support Team?
Hi
It 's there but usually well hidden and you have go over hurdles(categories) to reach it and maybe not via the correct topic - its open 24/7 . There may also be option for Etsy to call you back 7am - 9pm EST. It also states Keep Commerce Human - ironic considering they us AI bots in chat responses.

Re: How can I start a chat with Etsy Support Team?
If you reach chat, it may be a customer service representative that is not necessarily someone experienced in support on Etsy, and your issue will be forwarded to a Team, and you'll be told to wait for an email. So you may as well go the email route, unless you get the phone back option.

hello! I have already written about this problem here, but maybe one of the users will be able to help me and tell me what the problem is. I haven't been able to contact Etsy support representatives for about a month. I am writing appeals, but I have not received a response to any of them. I understand that the response takes a certain amount of waiting time. but if there is no answer at all?...because of what this can happen?
thanks.

Re: How can I start a chat with Etsy Support Team?
Hey ,
As as far as I know, by experience I can tell you Etsy support is not good enough, unfortunately they won't solve anything quickly, and if they do it will take weeks jf not months. Is there any phone available?.
