I haven't been able to reach Etsy Live Support for about a week. I did not receive any restrictions. I think the Etsy Live Support employee I last talked to may have forgotten to end the chat. I can't think of any other reason.
I tried typing Chat with an agent in the live support chat and there is no result.
The robot does not appear.
Occasionally the robot comes and says it will connect me to an Etsy team worker, but there is no progress.
I request help.
I also sent an email to the etsy team 4 days ago. There is no answer.
