The customer requested a full refund by sending photos in which the product did not differ at all from the described one. Etsy immediately approved his refund and closed the dispute. I am trying to contact etsy support but i keep recieving auto-replies and no answer from an actual human. (I assume this is because my shop is frozen but that is exactly why im trying to contact the support). In conclusion im left wich the 20€ more debt than i recieved because of the taxes&delivery and the buyer has stolen my product.
You need to first get your shop situated. Etsy often suspends new shops after their first sale in order to complete their verification, but in those cases the shop is normally put into vacation mode and not closed like yours appears to be.
Once/If you get your shop up and running again, then you can dispute the refund. You will need to prove you shipped the item with tracking within your listed processing time and before the refund was issued.
Etsy will not review refunds on closed accounts, so start with figuring out what happened to your shop first.
Which came first? The refund or the suspension?
