How can I contact a human for technical support at Etsy??

I've tried pressing "contact support" but nothing happened and it takes me back to the same general support page

As a new shop, just to let you know, there is a scam going around,

If you have a message asking for information about bank accounts, or e-mail, before someone can complete a purchase, it's a scam, do not click on any links, and send it to spam

Go to the Help Pages and find the area where you can email support.

The email support option seems to have disappeared. Even if I go to my previous support requests and choose "Create A New Support Request", it goes to the generic "Get Help" page. "I Still Need Help" only gives chat and phone options.

I had the same question yesterday when I kept going in circles toan attempt to contact    support  but have have just tried my luck with the chat bubble in the bottom right corner and was given help immediately  from a real person.I hope you have the same experience. Good luck

Just FYI, I used the email link CraftyCornishMaids provided above and Etsy solved my problem within 24 hours. Don't be deterred because the link is for a different issue than you may be having. I just told them it was the only link I could find and it got sent to the right place.

You will actually eventually get a "human" but they will not be of much help!
