Holiday Mode?

I really need your help, my account was set on holiday mode and I haven't got any information about what to do now.

I did not get a mail - the announcement on my dashboard just says that the validation of documents can take up to 48 hours.

But I don't know which documents etsy needs now.
And my shop is closed the 4th day - and no answer from customer service
