Our shop was put on Holiday Mode without any explanation or warning. No one from Etsy is getting back to us. We have two Etsy businesses and it is crucial to get these back up and running as this is our source of income, especially during the holidays. How do we get this resolved ASAP? We do not feel supported at all.
This is the message on our dashboard: Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info - This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

Please check my store, too! Just when Canada Post is back to business my stops are put on vacation mode. I don't sell trademarked design or anything like that. There is no explanation from Etsy. This is my sole source of I come. After Canada Pist strike of 4 weeks finally over why you guys strangling me and in this pre Xmas season. Please look into it. Thank you.

Are you able to check our store as well. We have been involuntarily placed on vacation mode since December 12th more than the 24hours.
This is absolutely disgusting that Etsy would do this - especially during the holiday rush!! This represents a huge monetary loss for us & who knows if it will affect my algorithm, I was doing so well.
The same thing has just happened to me, without warning. Why?
@appeeling Check your email. Chances are it may be tax information needed. Or an ID. Or bank account name does not match current information. It can be anything. If you don't find anything from Etsy then send an email and ask.

Same here, I just found out my shop was put on Vacation Mode.... I already checked that I have all my legal documents uploaded/no over due bill etc.... I hope they will send me an email explain what I need to do in order to run my shop again... :'(
@RoseRenos Have you submitted either your SIN or your GST registration number on your financial page? They do need "a tax ID" now under new Canadian law, and keep sending me reminders even though I have already provided my GST number. (I realize you probably know that and have done that, but just in case...)

On January 3, we received a message prompting us to update the beneficial ownership details of our shop.
On January 11, we updated the ownership details as requested and replied to Etsy’s email. Since then, I have attempted multiple times to contact the support team but have not received any response.
Could someone please advise us on how to resolve this issue?
