Every time I attempt to enroll in Etsy Payments, I encounter the following error message: "Hmm. Looks like that didn't work. Try again." I want to assure you that the details entered are accurate, and I have successfully used the same account on three other Etsy accounts for over a year without any issues.
I have reached out to Etsy support for assistance, but unfortunately, the responses I've received so far have been generic and haven't addressed the specific problem I'm facing. The bank account provided by Etsy support is fully functional, and I am currently using it for one of my Etsy accounts without any problems.
Recently, I attempted to update my bank details to a new account, and despite submitting the necessary bank statement, it was rejected. Now, I have obtained a new payoneer good standing letter, and Etsy is prompting me nowhere to enter the information. However, the glitch persists, preventing me from completing this crucial step.
I am at a loss as to how to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the Etsy community. If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has suggestions on how to address this issue, your insights would be invaluable.

I’m dealing with the same error message and can’t save and continue even though all info is correct and it says my bank account is connected through Plaid. I sent a message through support to Etsy support 4 days ago but nothing yet. Maybe after the holiday weekend. It’s frustrating as I’m trying to reopen this shop.
I think I am going to cancel my shop and personal profile, and remove all data and start again, which is so frustrating as I have been on etsy sin 2009.
How did you contact Etsy support? I’m having the same issue but don’t see a way to contact anyone.

I'm also having the same issue. Was able to talk to support a week ago, but after unsuccessfully troubleshooting the problem, I was told " you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is looking into" and that "At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved". Was told they would contact me when they have what steps I need to take next, but haven't heard back from them.
If anyone finds a solution, it would be greatly appreciated
