Hi Etsy community,
I opened my Etsy shop in 17 May 2024, and my first sale was on June 21, 2024. However, my balance is still not available in the deposits section, even though it's been over 90 days since that first sale.
Yesterday, I contacted Etsy live support, and they mentioned that since my shop is new, payments might take longer to process. They suggested checking my Etsy Payments CSV file for any order and deposit discrepancies. However, this hasn't resolved the issue, and I still don't have access to my funds.
Has anyone else experienced delays like this with their deposits? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated as I’m eager to get this issue resolved and keep my shop running smoothly!
