Help with the Etsy App

Hi Guys!

I just opened the Etsy app on my phone and noticed I had new messages but I didn't receive any notifications from the app when they came in. I just scrolled back through all of the app notifications on my phone to see if maybe I missed them but there were none there.

So I just restarted my phone and re-installed the app and I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind messaging me so I can see if it's working now?

Unable to help with your app issue but do be careful what you sell in your store, Alice Cooper and Camp Crystal Lake are trademarked. If you do not have permission to use the names, you could get in serious trouble (regardless of what perhaps hundreds of other stores do and have done and have gotten away with on Etsy currently or in the past).

@cultstar: There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.

As an aside, make sure you include YOUR licensing information for the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. The Etsy and intellectual property (IP) owners' bots check titles, descriptions, tags, and images for IP theft. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
