Help with shipping companies and tracking numbers (pre-transit).

Two orders were transferred to the reserve account because I used the cargo companies that were not on the list before. I exchanged the incoming orders with the companies on the list, with your guidance (etsy). I delivered the mail to PTT Cargo and wrote the tracking numbers there, the products were stuck in "pre-transit" even though it was delivered.

Again, you have integrated a link above the number so that they can follow the tracking numbers in your menu, but that page does not work either. When I click on the number, it says the page that opens cannot be found. When I enter the PTT cargo tracking page, it seems that some of my products have been delivered and some are in distribution, but these orders continue to be transferred to the reserve account. Can someone explain this to me in clear language please?


note: I'm speaking for local shipments within Turkey. Label is not used in Turkey.
