Help with Star Seller Average Review Rating not updated correctly

Hello,

Etsy sure makes it hard to find help.

My star seller average review rating has not been updated correctly. Does anyone know how to find direct help with this issue?

You have the review badge, so are you referring the shop average?  The shop average only includes reviews in the last 365 days.

@kimbakerstudios: Are you referring to your shop review average (which is a rolling twelve months) or your Star Seller review average (which looks at a three month period) ?

Hello,

I am looking at my star seller review average. I was left a grossly unfair review back in February. My sales have not been great, but since then I have had almost $1500 in sales and four, 5 star reviews.

Etsy has 2 separate rating systems:

1. Shop star rating: this includes all reviews from the last 12 months. This is the rating which appears under your shop name. Your shop rating is currently at 4.33/5.
2. Star Seller rating: this includes all reviews from the last 3 months only. This is reviewed on the first of every month and other criteria is applicable.

You currently have the Star Seller accreditation, so what is the problem?

The one star review from February is a fair review and is the opinion of the buyer. The first photo in that listing shows a frame. Buyers often don't read the description,  even if they can find it, and since Etsy keeps moving it around, if they are on a mobile device it's often missed.

That review will drop off your shop rating next February.
