Help with Messaging Issue?
Hello
I received an offer on an item last night, but then before I could respond to the offer the customer purchased the item at price (didn't want to miss out I guess.) I responded to the message with their offer (within 1-2 hours) confirming that they wanted to buy at the listed price and thanking them for their order. At this point I got the "Good job! You responded quickly, etc etc." message at the top from Etsy indicating I'd replied within the window.
But. Immediately after it went back to saying "Buyer is reaching out for the first time, respond quickly etc." We've now exchanged about 5 messages and everytime it seems to acknowledge I've replied until it doesn't lol.
Any idea why I get it to accept that I am (and have several times now) replied within the timeframe so this doesn't negatively effect my Star Seller standing?
