Help with ID verification

Hello forum members,

I don't know if others are facing the same issue, but I've been waiting for over a month now for Etsy to verify my ID for my shop, after which I can verify my bank details. Until then, my shop remains in vacation mode. Etsy itself states that the verification process takes between 2 to 5 business days. I've already gone well beyond that. Due to Etsy's automatic process, my shop has now been suspended, and if I don't take action within 30 days, it might even be permanently suspended. Does anyone have any idea how to reach Etsy or how I can prevent losing my shop due to this automatic process? I've sent multiple emails and created tickets with Etsy, but there's simply no response. It's disheartening that I have to ask this here on the forum.

Don't keep making new tickets. Start one and when the 'bot' auto reply comes, scroll down and down until you get to 'need more help'. Keep using the same message thread. Every time you start a new ticket, it closes the old one and you go to the back of the queue.
